TL;DR: Get to U3 Landstraße and walk for 3 minutes.

From the airport Wien/Schwechat

Take the CAT (City Airport Train) which departs in 30 min intervalls and takes you to directly Wien Landstraße without stops in 16 min.
From there it‘s a 3 min walk.
The CAT has its own ticket which costs around 25€ (Return Ticket excluded).

Alternatively, you can take the normal train (which is much more cost-effective), and get off at Landstraße in about 26 min. You can get a 72 Hour Pass for around 18€ at the airport to freely use for any public transport (except the CAT) in Vienna.

Keep in mind that the Airport is not in Vienna but a small suburb outside Vienna, so you'll have to buy another ticket to get to Vienna in addition to your 72 hour pass.

From the bus station Wien Erdberg

You‘ll arrive here if you travel via Flixbus or similar. Get onto the subway U3 towards Ottakring and get off at Landstraße (4 Stations). From there it‘s a 3 min walk.

If you arrive by car

The Hotel is located in the 3rd district which is classified as a „Kurzparkzone“ (short term parking zone). During the week, you need a park ticket until 10 pm which costs 2.20€ per hour and is limited to two hours at a time (if you want to park for longer, in theory you have to switch the parking spot and fill in a new ticket). This also applies to Saturdays from 8 am - 12 pm in Landstraßer Hauptstraße AND Marxergasse only, else parking is generaly free.

If all of this confuses you, there are also various park houses around the city. Most of them are very expensive however. If you arrive by car on Friday and have no other plans for parking I recommend to just park at your apartment, airbnb etc.
